Data Deletion Request
In accordance with Google Play Store policy and data privacy standards.
At SahabatQ, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from our servers, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Your registered email address and profile name.
- Your entire conversation (chat) history with the SahabatQ AI.
- All optional profile data (e.g., age, gender) you have provided.
Important: Data deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the SahabatQ app:
- Open the SahabatQ application on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings screen.
- Tap on the Delete Account option.
- Confirm your choice when prompted. Your data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion via email:
- Send an email to opung.mamat@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - [Your Name] - Crucial: You must send this request from the exact same email address you used to register for SahabatQ via Google Sign-In. We use this to verify your identity.
*Please allow up to 30 days for email-based deletion requests to be fully processed from our active and backup systems.
