At SahabatQ ("we", "our", "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when using the SahabatQ application, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our application, including:

• Personal Information: Through Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, name, and public profile picture for authentication and account creation. We do not collect your password.
• Optional Profile Data: You may voluntarily provide additional data such as age and gender to help our AI personalize its communication style to be more relevant to you.
• Conversation Data (Chat): Text messages you send to our AI chatbot are processed in real-time to generate responses. We store your conversation history on our secured servers so you can revisit past conversations at any time.
• Chat Quota Data: We store your daily chat quota count locally on your device using shared preferences. This data is used solely to manage and enforce the daily chat limit (10 free messages per day) and any bonus quota earned through rewarded advertisements.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

SahabatQ uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and rewarded video ads within the application. AdMob may collect and use certain device information and identifiers to serve personalized ads. This may include:

• Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA) from your device
• IP address and general location information
• Device information and interaction data with ads

You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization). Watching rewarded video ads is entirely optional. 3. Chat Quota System

SahabatQ operates on a daily chat quota system. Each registered user receives 10 free chat messages per day. The quota resets automatically every 24 hours. Users who exhaust their daily quota may optionally watch a rewarded advertisement to earn 5 additional chat credits per video watched. This system helps us maintain service quality and manage AI processing costs. Quota counts are stored locally on your device and are not linked to your account on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or that you provide to us for the following purposes:

• To facilitate account creation and the authentication process.
• To provide the core feature of the application — a personalized AI companion aligned with your basic preferences.
• To maintain application functionality and provide customer support.
• To display banner and rewarded advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To manage the chat quota system and prevent abuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Data Security

Your account information and conversation history are transmitted and stored securely. API authentication uses industry-standard tokens (Laravel Sanctum). While we make every effort to protect your personal information, please be aware that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated conversation history. To request data deletion, please send an email to opung.mamat@gmail.com using the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated by posting the new privacy policy on this page. We encourage you to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
