Access to and use of the SahabatQ application is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. About the Service

SahabatQ is an AI-powered companion application that provides a safe and supportive space for users to express their feelings and receive empathetic responses grounded in Islamic values. Our service is not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. We use a third-party provider (Google Sign-In) to log in and create accounts. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account or device.

3. Chat Quota & Rewarded Ads

SahabatQ operates under a daily chat quota system:

• Each registered user receives 10 free chat messages per day. The quota resets automatically every 24 hours.
• Users who exhaust their daily quota may optionally watch a rewarded video advertisement to earn 5 additional chat credits per video watched.
• Watching rewarded ads is entirely voluntary. You will never be charged to use the core features of the application.
• We reserve the right to modify the daily quota limit or the rewards structure at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Advertising

SahabatQ displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. By using the application, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Advertisement content is provided by Google and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree to use this Service for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of hate speech, threats, violence, harassment, illegal activity, or obscene content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Deliberately attempting to manipulate the AI into generating harmful responses or bypassing its ethical guidelines (Jailbreaking).
• Using the Service in any way that violates Islamic ethical norms or applicable laws.
• Attempting to circumvent, manipulate, or exploit the chat quota system through any means.

6. Medical & Professional Disclaimer

Advice, Quranic verses, and responses generated by SahabatQ's AI are based on natural language processing algorithms. We strongly recommend consulting a certified mental health professional, medical doctor, or qualified religious scholar for any real or clinically urgent physical, religious, or psychological needs. Any decisions you make based on AI responses are entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

SahabatQ and its original content (excluding content provided and submitted by users, i.e., chat messages), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Application Developer.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
